Regardless if you think that the WTC attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 were a terrorist attack or some type of massive conspiracy the results were the same:

1) Money that would be earmarked for the arts, education, science and research were diverted to the war machine.

2) Government oversight of personal matters increased under the name of national security.

3) Personal freedom (including freedom of speech) have been seriously curtailed.

4) Very little has been done to harden the vulnerable targets for future attacks.

5) Major corporations have fleeced the American taxpayer through the war machine.
