Also, apparently it was common knowledge what a bushel of wheat weighed and what volume of a bushel was. It was a different world.

Give the epochs into which U.S. History is divided Err, the ones that were like the shortest epochs ever? Or are we not supposed to know what an “epoch” is? Per this kind of questioning the career of David Spade is an “epoch”.
