Them damn heathens in Washington! They want us to stop making babies? Where the Hell are we going to get the cannon-fodder to send out to kill the the Iranians and Chinese and North Koreans. And if we give them homos condoms, how is AIDS ever gonna kill all them off? What is wrong with them people in Washington?
