You can see how this happens. Dylan (rather his people) do a deal with a contractor to reno the house.  Contractor decides to save $65/week by only having porta-pooper emptied once/wk.  It should be dealt with in a neighbourly way but who give a shit (or a pun) about the Emminger’s air. Scandal? F*ck off.  I wonder whether the Emmingers were amongst the less than neighbourly asshole Malibu homeowners (Geffen, Katzenberg, Spielberg et al.) who fought endlessly to block public access to Malibu’s piblic foreshore beaches. Suck it.
