Why just 1 hour, why not 4, that way we could have midnight sun in the lower 48.

I’m in Arizona for the weekend where they don’t have Daylight Savings. When I fly back to the East Coast on Monday I’ll have zero idea what time it is.

I know I’ve said it before, but damn it, I’ll say it again: why can’t we just use GMT everywhere, all the time, and adjust schedules and so forth around that? Maybe I’m alone in finding that simple, but it does just seem simple to me…
