It’s actually true. Microsoft produces special versions of software for federal agencies and maintains the security in coordination with the agency security. They eat a lot of the cost to keep large agencies and field offices using their product (big payoff in the end). Firefox can’t afford to offer that evel of service.

We’re actually not allowed to use it any more for security reasons.
