Why not just drain the pools, and please the local skate punks? If they allow skate punks in the community…

I think there is a great business opportunity for some unemployed entrepreneur to rent an old milk truck or fire truck and pump out the pools then truck the water to the Central Valley where they can sell it to almond growers who have been told they are being cut off from Federal water subsidies this year because of drought conditions.
