Ah Dim for whatever reason I didn’t expect you to go that way with the headline (not a criticism). I guess I think of you and LP as fairly fervent Applephiles (NTTAWWT). I refrained from submitting my usual poor taste headline.  Avoiding the well worn iPun, I was thinking of something related to Obama’s Jobs Plan. Ah well. His timing meant Sarah Palin’s attention whoring “I’m officially not running” announcement got buried.

Jobs was a once-in-a-Century multi-discipline business genius.  I think of him primarily for his ability first to inspire others but more so for his faculty for melding liberal arts sensibilities with industrial design, marketing and other business objectives with alchemical results.  He was deeply flawed in his inter-personal capabilities.  I’ll also note his remarkabvle absense of charitable consideration. As a result of same the U.S. Government will be receiving an enormous pay day from his estate.

Yeah, I just wanted something a little different than the “Steve Jobs is Dead” headlines that seemed to be every-freakin’-where.
