Middle-agers: do not sleep too little nor too long - anything other than 6-8 hours leads to dementia

I am now sleeping an average of 7 hours, but when I was sick last week, I slept about 40 of 48 hours. But that is the way it has been for me for the last couple of years.
I think when you’re sick, you can sleep as much as you want. Broken bones too require additional rest.
