I drink green tea daily, with a drop of honey. Since I started this routine (about 18 months ago) I have noticed a general boost to my mood and attitude. I didn’t know it was also good for cholesterol and cancer prevention.
While pregnant, mom upped her intake of choline (found in chicken, eggs, soy lecithin, etc.)
