BY something bigger I am quite certain you are referring to my patent pending idea of developing an undergarment similar to bike shorts which will take the electrical energy produced from the friction of a wearer’s thighs rubbing together, temparily storing it in a electrical store (battery or other), the energy can be used to operate mobile devices or if enough people participate surlus juice could be uploaded to the grid and the person receives a micro payment.  Micro payments for miniscule amounts of energy.  Scale it up.
